November 2019: “Happy-ness Hour” @ Sisters’ Sludge Coffee

In our September 2019 newsletter, we invited readers to coffee and you responded enthusiastically! So, we decided to do it again but BIGGER and in November we hosted a coffee "happy-ness hour"!

Sisters' Sludge Coffee Cafe in Minneapolis was the place to be on that frigid, snow-dusted day. Our community of folks enjoyed a warm beverage on us, got creative with the coloring contest (all ages got into it!), played card games, mixed & mingled, and even broke out into song with the whole coffee shop singing along after Drew got out his guitar. (Besides realtor, Drew’s not-so-secret alter ego is musician!)

HUGE thanks to Becca, Ananda, Gabe, and Justin who all followed Drew’s lead in spontaneously making music and getting everyone singing!! This was such a serendipitous treat!!

Speaking of treat… to “sweeten up” their coffees, all attendees were invited to enter our door prize drawing for a Bose Soundlink Mini II wireless speaker! The winner was drawn at the end of the get-together… have a look at the video below to see the exciting outcome!

Thank you to ALL of you who came and shared such great energy! We're thankful to know you and be connected with you; you're a part of our village! ...and for those of you who couldn't make it, it's OK! We decided that was too much fun and we're definitely going to do it again!
